‘The Final Step’ tells the story of a young gannet in Muriwai, New Zealand. The little chick takes the audience right into the heart of its world. A beautiful area full of life, home to a wide array of creatures. Both on land and underwater. Orca’s, dolphins, Seals and all sorts of birds. But it’s also a very rough world out on a windy cliff, overlooking the Tasman Sea. And the whole life of the young gannet leads up to one dramatic and decisive moment.
