The WFFR Industry Days is a lively meeting place for both beginning and experienced film professionals which will be held on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November 2026 during the festival in Rotterdam (Natural History Museum).
We welcome both national and international professionals to take part in these two days full of workshops, presentations, networking sessions and of course the pitch session. The final program will be announced on 1 October 2026. During the Industry Days, WFFR addresses a range of topics, with the content being driven by the prevailing themes in the industry.
On Friday afternoon 7 November 2026 the pitch sessions will be held. Registration and conditions for participation in the pitch sessions can be found here.
On Saturday evening 7 November 2026 the WFFR Flamingo Awards will be presented in the Arminius Church in Rotterdam. WFFR honors outstanding achievements in ten different award categories. The main prize is the Flamingo Grand Prix, which comes with a monetary sum. Previous winners of the Flamingo Grand Prix included My Octopus Teacher and Wolf. Participants of the WFFR Industry Days are automatically invited to this festive evening.
Until 2 Nov 2026 it is possible to purchase a pass for the Industry Days 2026. Not after that. A ticket for both days costs €50.
A Friday pass costs €25. This pass entitles you to:
- Access to the Friday program of the Industry Days
- Possibility to register for the pitch session
- Lunch and a catered networking drinks reception
- Publication on and access to the participants list (Delegates List)
A Saturday pass costs €25. This pass entitles you to:
- Access to the Saturday program of the Industry Days
- Possibility to register for the pitch session
- Lunch and a catered networking drinks reception
- Publication on and access to the participants list (Delegates List)
- Access to the award ceremony on Saturday 7 Nov including the closing party
