Held on 7 & 8 November 2025, the WFFR Industry Days is a vibrant international meeting place that attracts both experienced professionals and enthusiastic beginners within the wildlife film industry. In 2024, more than 70 delegates participated. We welcome wildlife film professionals from around the world to join us at the WFFR Industry Days 2025.

The program spans two full days and includes a variety of activities, from pitch sessions to networking drinks and from roundtable discussions to workshops. WFFR tackles a range of topics, with the content driven by the dominant themes in the industry.

On the afternoon of Friday, November 7, 2025, the pitch sessions will take place. Here, up to 10 participants will have the unique opportunity to pitch their (planned) project in front of commissioners.

On Saturday evening, Nov. 8, 2025, the WFFR Flamingo Awards will be presented. This year almost 500 films from around the world submitted for the WFFR Flamingo Competition. WFFR honors outstanding achievements in ten different award categories.

WFFR will announce the official program of the Industry Days on October 1st, 2025.

Until November 3, 2025, it is possible to purchase a pass for the Industry Days 2025. After that date, it will no longer be available to buy one. A pass is €50 per person. This pass grants access to:

• The full Industry Days program

• The opportunity to register for the pitch session

• Lunch and a hosted networking reception on both days

• Inclusion in and access to the Delegates List

• Access to the award ceremony on Saturday, November 8, including the closing party
